What makes the world go round? In Alejandro Rengel’s eyes, it’s music. With inspiration from artists such as Martin Garrix, Avicii, and Steve Aoki, Alejandro has discovered a genre of music that he considers a universal language. As a House DJ, Alejandro works toward reaching people all over.

What about dance music drew you into wanting to create it yourself?

Two weeks after having eye surgery, he picked up a guitar and began playing. Not too long after, he came across dance music. It brought him happiness. It made him feel a connection to people all over the world. Dance music destroys the language barrier that can keep people from feeling as one. It breaks all sorts of barriers, creating good vibes all around, which is exactly what Alejandro aims to do with his own music.

What messages do you hope to get across to your audience through your music?

Alejandro keeps his music positive. He reaches people by having upbeat tones running through his tracks. The driving factor behind his music is to remind people to be happy, live happy, and to avoid putting yourself down. If there is one thing that doesn’t lack in Alejandro’s music, it is a good melody and sound to keep the positive vibes going.
