Large Event Concert Series (LECS)
About LECS
Executives: Isabelle McDermott and Marcelo Canepa
Large Event Concert Series works on booking, programming and operating MSC Town Hall’s large shows. LECS members work with their exec(s) to discuss potential artists for music or other entertainment. Once an artist is chosen, it goes through the program approval process. LECS will then continue communicating with the artist’s agent. Members will also work with their executive for ticketing, member volunteer lists and with the AMP subcommittee for marketing the show. Finally (and the most fun part!), the day of the show members will assist in running the event while working at check in tables, taking attendance members, managing artist greenrooms and more.
Aggies United
It was such an honor for MSC Town Hall to be a part of Aggies United. Aggies United was a gathering that hosted a diverse and exciting series of speakers and live entertainers to support our solidarity against hatred and intolerance. The event also topped the Anti Defamation League's Top 10 Most Inspirational Moments of 2016.
